Fall 2007 hunting in Montana we had a great time, met some great people, and got to shoot at a lot of birds! Ha ha!
We look forward to our next trip to Montana in the future.
I took very few pictures, I was to busy having a great time and wasn't thinking about pictures!

Hunting this season has been a challenge between my being in the RN program
and birds not being plentiful this year. We would like to have made a hunting trip to Montana, North Dakota, or South Dakota. There's always next year!
Tiny has proven herself in her natural retrieving abilities, the bird on the right fell onto the ice over the river. Luckily the water had receded enough that we could bring her home unharmed.
Tiny nor Tara saw the bird fall for all the brush, we had thought the bird was in heavy cover near the river. Tiny took off looking for the bird and Tara as well, searching the brush. All of a sudden we noticed Tiny was gone. We began calling her but she did not return. Finding this odd, Wayne began moving in the direction she had kept insisting to search. He followed her tracks and found they dropped over the edge at the river bank. When he looked over the edge, there was Tiny. She had broke through the ice and was up to her neck below the ice layer. The bird she was holding was still alive, so every time she went to set it down to get herself out of the ice, she had to regrab the bird to prevent it's escape! Wayne ended up having to get down into the hole with Tiny in order to help get her out. Tiny retrieves her birds with such animation and pride. She wins your heart every time you take her hunting!

We would like to wish everyone a Merry Christmas & a Happy New Year!
